Most of the more expensive Equipment I have purchased in the last few months , Power washer (Honda/Huskey), All the Nailers and Botsch Air compressor, Porter cable orbital buffer Etc.. and have warranties remaining and manuals and receipts. Alot of the supplies are just months old also.

Obviously you should be somewhat handy if your considering this as a business, I only take: 1. Things I can do. 2.Things I can do by my self. This may not be what you want to do, I have had employees and have used subcontractors. Most estimates I give over the phone I use 40$ (plus materials) per hour as a rule of thumb. Some charge more some charge less, I try to charge by the job on non technical stuff: Garage cleaning, Flower beds, Yard work Cleaning etc… Most people kind of think it over if you say 40$ per hour top clean there garage.
I use a Mini Van for this business (not Included) Thats why I have the trailer.
Different Licenses may be required for this depending where you live I live in Grand Rapids township all I use is a Kent County DBA.
